Suburbia, Interrupted Review
Thank you to NetGalley for a copy of THE AGE OF LIGHT in exchange for an honest review
An exquisite story from beginning to end. I became as captivated reading the words as one would have looking at photos taken by Man Ray and Lee Miller. All of us are flawed and THE AGE OF LIGHT balanced both the good and bad in each of us. Both the main characters are deeply flawed indivduals seeking acceptance of themselves through the opinions and actions of those around them. THE AGE OF LIGHT follows their journey through the dark and light of discovering no one but yourself can make you happy. THE AGE OF LIGHT also allows us to see a different kind of happy ending, one that isn’t perfect. Not all stories have fairy tale ending and THE AGE OF LIGHT captured that reality in a real and honest way. Beautifully written and highly recommend.
